Why I Stopped Speaking Spiritual Language…

There was a time when I fully embraced the spiritual language that often accompanies deep inner work and transformation. I found solace and meaning in words that resonated with my soul, and I believed they held the key to healing and enlightenment. But as I journeyed further along this path, something shifted within me.

I began to realize that while spiritual language was beautiful and profound, it also created a barrier. It was accessible to only a small percentage of people—those who were already attuned to these concepts and had the privilege to explore them. But what about everyone else? What about the people who are struggling, searching for answers, but can’t grasp the meaning behind these words?

The more I pondered this, the clearer it became: I needed to change my approach. I needed to speak in a way that everyone could understand, regardless of their background or previous experiences with spirituality. I needed to simplify the language so that the wisdom behind it could reach more people—people who might never have considered healing their bodies and minds because the language used to describe it was too foreign, too abstract.

Now, I want to be clear—this is just my perspective, born out of my awakening journey. There’s nothing wrong with using highly spiritual language. It’s beautiful and powerful, and it serves where it needs to be. My heart, however, has always beaten for the collective and humanity as a whole, ever since I was a child. Through that lens, I came to realize that many people are hesitant to tap into these subjects because it all sounds abstract, difficult to understand, and even harder to process.

So, I made a choice—not because I think one way is better than another, but because I wanted to make these concepts more accessible to more people. I chose to be a translator of spiritual truths, putting them into words that anyone can understand. I chose to simplify, not because the journey is simple, but because everyone deserves a chance to start it.

It’s important to me that you know this is not about judgment. I have the deepest respect for those who use spiritual language in their work; it’s a gift that serves exactly where it needs to. But for me, my heart called me to speak in a way that could reach more people, especially those who might feel intimidated or alienated by more complex spiritual terminology.

And in doing so, I’ve seen something remarkable happen. People who never considered themselves “spiritual” are now exploring concepts like mindfulness, emotional healing, and somatic work. They’re beginning to ask questions, to reflect, and to grow. They’re starting their journeys, not because they were dazzled by complex spiritual terminology, but because they felt seen, heard, and understood.

I believe this is how we truly change the world—not by speaking to the few, but by inviting the many. And that starts with how we communicate.

Are you ready to join me on this journey of simplicity and clarity? Let’s make healing something everyone can access, understand, and embrace. May our Hearts Rise together.
