✦ The Embodied Letters ✦
Real Stories. Honest Becoming. Woman to Woman.
This isn’t a newsletter. It’s a space to come home to yourself.
Where the stories are real. The wisdom is embodied. And the becoming is honest.
There have been seasons in my life where I didn’t have the words. Not because I didn’t have something to say, but because the experiences were still integrating inside of me. Some moments were too raw to be spoken out loud. Some were still alive in my body, shaping who I was becoming. And some were so sacred, they deserved silence before they could ever be shared.
But something shifted.
Maybe it’s this moment in time. Maybe it’s where we are collectively. Or maybe it’s that I’m no longer interested in performing my truth. I simply want to live it and share it from a place that’s real.
What you’ll find here isn’t a newsletter. It’s not a content drip, a funnel, or a how-to guide.
“The Embodied Letters” is a private space I’m creating for women who are walking their path of remembering, evolving, and reconnecting with their truth.
A space where I’ll be sharing my own stories, not polished or packaged but lived and felt.
The stories that shaped me.
The decisions that changed everything.
The breakdowns that cracked me open.
The breathwork that brought me back.
And the quiet inner revolutions that helped me reclaim my power as a woman, as a guide, and as a soul in a human body.
Who Are “The Embodied Letters” For?
This space is for women who are ready to grow not in theory, but in truth. For women who no longer want just inspiration, but integration. Those who are not looking for more information but are longing for a deeper connection. It’s for the woman who wants to sit with realness, not curated highlight reels, but the kind of stories that remind her she’s not alone in her becoming.
This is for the woman who feels everything deeply, but has learned to hide it. For the one who knows she’s here to expand, but isn’t interested in bypassing the human part of her evolution. And for the one who’s done the inner work but still craves more softness, more honesty, and more soul.
And while this space was created with women in mind, if you are a man who feels drawn to it please know you’re welcome here too. Perhaps you carry this wisdom for someone in your life: a sister, a partner, a friend, a colleague. Your presence here is part of the remembering. And your support may be the very bridge that brings someone else home to herself.
Why I’m Doing This Now
Over the years, I’ve witnessed how powerful it is to share from embodied experience not from theory or performance, but from truth lived through the body, through breath, through faith, and through the quantum currents of life. And I’ve come to believe, now more than ever, that what changes us is not someone else’s advice but their presence. Their story. Their willingness to be seen in the in-between.
This newsletter is my offering. My way of being with you in the most honest way I know how. There will be no tools to download. No checklists. No pressure to apply what I say. Only real stories from my life sent with love, presence, and the hope that something inside you feels less alone when you read them.
I invite you to join me here.
No selling. No strategies. Just stories.
From one woman’s body to another’s.
Because sometimes, that’s all we need to remember who we are.
About Me
My name is Marina Savic-Baines.
For many years, I’ve been walking beside others in their most honest, human moments holding space not as someone who has it all figured out, but as someone who deeply believes in the possibility of returning home to ourselves.
And yet, for just as long, I’ve been quietly holding back parts of my voice. Not because I didn’t feel the truth inside of me, but because I was still living it. Still breathing through it. Still integrating what it means to be here fully human, deeply feeling, and wide open to the mystery of it all.
I’ve never been someone who wanted to perform healing or give advice. What matters to me is presence. Integrity. The quiet knowing that every story we live, even the hard ones, carries within it the possibility to soften us, to shape us, and to bring us closer to what’s real.
I’ve always loved life. Not just the beautiful parts, but all of it. The way we rise and fall, the way we try and fail and try again, the way grief stretches the heart open in ways nothing else can. I’ve loved animals since I was a child, and I’ve spent years caring for them, not just because it’s the right thing to do but because their presence taught me what unconditional love really is.
My deepest values have always been rooted in love, compassion, reverence for nature, and the belief that we’re not separate from one another, that our evolution is part of a much larger collective awakening. I’ve never seen life as random. I’ve always felt that we are here to remember something sacred, something ancient, something powerful that’s been buried beneath years of survival, silence, and forgetting.
This project, The Embodied Letters, is not a brand, it’s not a performance, and it’s not something I’m doing for visibility. It’s a genuine offering from my heart. A space where I can finally start speaking without filtering, without shaping the words to sound good just to sound true.
These stories won’t be curated. They’ll be raw. They’ll be real. There’ll be moments from my life that shaped me, the parts I never shared before, because they felt too private, too messy, too “in-process.” But now, I know that’s the exact reason they need to be shared.
I don’t write as an expert. I write as a woman, one who has lived enough life to know that vulnerability is sacred, and that there’s something powerful that happens when we stop pretending we’re fine and start telling the truth.
This isn’t a place for perfection. It’s a place for honesty. For the full-spectrum experience of being alive.
And if you’re here reading this then maybe you’re walking that same path too.
This is where it begins.
Not with answers.
But with presence.
And with a willingness to let our stories speak.
