The science behind my work

My practice combines different practices and methodologies, from healing practices, fitness health and wellness world, cognitive coaching to biohacking FlowCode.

Flow is a state in which the person performing an activity is fully immersed, experiencing the feeling of energized focus, complete involvement and deep enjoyment.

The state of flow, or being “in the zone”, is the ultimate state, the most desirable state you want to be in … it is the foundation for deep inner peace & sense of empowerment.

By entering the flow state, we experience what is called a transient hypofrontality.

Transient, meaning temporary, hypo is the opposite of hyper, meaning to slow down or to deactivate. And frontality is the prefrontal cortex. Meaning, we deactivate to fully activate.

These areas in the prefrontal cortex that are shut down, are the seats of cognitive processing, where we distinguish the difference between self and other, our sense of time, our internal dialogue.

🔄 Today, I’m sharing a simple bilateral stimulation exercise that helps balance the left and right sides of the brain.

In this video, you’ll follow a moving object (or your finger) with your eyes from side to side.

It might seem simple, but it can have a huge impact on your emotional and mental well-being.

💡 Why is it effective?

Bilateral stimulation works by engaging both hemispheres of the brain, helping to bring balance between the emotional and logical parts. This helps us stay calm and clear-headed, especially during stressful or overwhelming moments.

📊Think about a tough conversation at work or a moment when stress took over. Instead of reacting impulsively, bilateral exercises help you respond thoughtfully, allowing for better communication, clarity, and emotional control.

👉 Long-term benefits:

When practised regularly, this simple exercise helps strengthen your nervous system, building inner capacity to handle life’s challenges with ease.

It improves how you approach relationships, work challenges, and everyday stress.

👉 Want more simple content like this? Let me know in the comments if you’d like to see more quick, easy-to-follow practices for balancing your body and mind!

💥 For those ready to start reconnecting with their body, I’m also offering a free 5-day Somatic Breathwork Challenge. This challenge allows you to start exploring what breath can do for your body and how it activates your body’s own pharmacy and your natural self-healing process.

🌿 This is what somatic work offers: the ability to regain balance in how we relate to ourselves and in our relationships of all kinds. The link is in my bio.

Let me know how it goes.

🥰Hi loves,

It’s time to shift from our minds into our bodies, to start listening to the deep wisdom our bodies and hearts have to share with us.

So often, we get stuck in our heads, trying to think our way through our challenges, especially in relationships, but the answers are within us, waiting to be felt and understood.

💥This 5-Day Somatic Breathwork Challenge is a beautiful opportunity to start that process of reconnecting. It’s not about "fixing" anything;it’s about gently opening up to the possibility of healing from within, using your breath to reconnect with your body’s wisdom.

>>>Through this challenge, you’ll explore:

Day 1: Awaken your breath and body
Day 2: Deepen your presence
Day 3: Explore emotional fluidity
Day 4: Activate your vital energy
Day 5: Open your heart for deeper leadership

And it all begins with the powerful masterclass on Day 1, where we dive into the ways we can stop the cycle of emotional pain and begin healing our inner world. This isn’t about talking endlessly; it’s about using a somatic integrated process to start releasing, feeling, and transforming at your own pace.

🔗The link is in my bio. I’d love for you to join me on this journey to start reconnecting with your body, with yourself, and ultimately, to create more aligned, connected relationships in your life.

In today’s world, where emotional intelligence and healthy communication are essential for deep, lasting relationships, nervous system regulation plays a powerful role. But what does having a regulated nervous system in your relationships mean?

It doesn’t mean avoiding conflict or never feeling upset. Emotions are inevitable, especially in close relationships. So, what does it look like?

🔸 It’s not about staying calm all the time, but rather allowing your emotions to surface and be expressed in a healthy, non-harmful way to your partner.

🔸 It doesn’t mean you’ll never get triggered, but it allows you to notice your reaction, take a step back, and respond with intention choosing understanding over reactivity.

🔸 It’s not about avoiding hard conversations, but having the inner resilience to move through discomfort knowing that vulnerability strengthens intimacy.

🔸 It’s not suppressing your needs to maintain harmony, but confidently voicing them with clarity, trusting that they matter and deserve space in the relationship.

🔸 It doesn’t mean always being “perfect,” but showing up as you are imperfect yet committed to growth, and open to hearing and holding space for your partner’s emotions too.

When your nervous system is regulated, it’s about being grounded in yourself, allowing you to stay emotionally engaged and adaptable, even in moments of tension or confusion. Instead of distancing yourself, you can be present with your emotions, fostering a deeper sense of connection and compassion for both yourself and your partner.

This allows your relationship to thrive, as you create a space where both partners feel seen, heard, and valued.

What’s one challenge you face with emotional regulation in your relationships? Drop a comment below and let’s explore together.

We often believe the key to self-improvement lies in external solutions, better habits, more exercise, and healthier eating.

And while these things matter, they don’t touch the whole picture.

For a long time, I searched outside myself, thinking that if I just found the right formula, I’d feel better, be happier, and be more “me.”

But over time, I learned that we are far more than our habits or routines.

Our deeper feelings, the ones we often ignore or suppress, are driving us more than we realize. We can change our diet or our workout routine, but if we don’t address the emotions that are locked inside us, the sense of "wholeness" we seek remains elusive.

Have you ever felt like something is off, even though you’re doing everything right?

That’s because life isn’t just about what we do externally it’s about what we feel internally and how that shapes everything we experience.

Our body holds so much information about our emotional state, and if we ignore it, we risk missing the deeper layers of who we are.

In my own journey, I started to realize that the more I tuned into my body and my emotions through somatic work, the more connected I felt to myself.

The tension, the stress, and the reactions all held a message.

It took time, but once I started listening, I realized the key to self-improvement wasn’t in finding the perfect external solution it was in understanding myself more deeply.

This realization is also one of the reasons I chose to step away from the fitness industry.

Despite focusing on physical routines, I saw people, including myself, still struggling with unhappiness, stress, anxiety, health issues, and more.

The gym often became a place to escape emotional challenges, but I learned that no matter what we do externally, we can never truly escape our inner emotional world. It will always speak to us.

I’m sharing this not to say that one way is right or wrong, but because I believe this perspective could be helpful for others who are seeking to understand themselves more fully and feel as a whole.

So, are you still seeking solutions from the outside or are you ready to look within?

In a world that constantly demands more from us, more action, more noise, and more pressure, we often forget the simplest, yet most profound thing we can do: just breathe.

Today, I had the privilege of guiding a breathwork journey for the client in 1 on 1 session, a reminder of how essential it is to ground ourselves and tap into the depths of who we really are. It's easy to get lost in the hustle, to feel disconnected from ourselves, our bodies, and our authentic selves.

***But right now, wherever you are, I invite you to pause.

Take a deep breath. Feel the air filling you with life, expanding your body, and as you exhale, let go of the tension that has settled in unnoticed. In this simple act, there is peace. In this moment, you are enough.

>>> The technique that was used in guiding a group of 40 beautiful souls, that the client mentioned in this testimonial, is not just relaxation; this is somatic breath-work a deeper exploration of the body and mind connection. Somatic breathwork is just one powerful aspect of somatic healing, a tool I use to guide others toward self-exploration. These sessions are uniquely tailored to each person, depending on what is most important in their life at the moment.

>>Stanislav Grof, a pioneering figure in this field, once used breathwork in clinical settings to support patients in accessing altered states of consciousness for healing and self-discovery. His groundbreaking work in hospitals revolutionized how we view the power of breath in facilitating emotional release, processing trauma, and deepening self-awareness.

I’ve seen firsthand how transformative breathwork can be, how it can unlock hidden emotions, unleash powerful energies, and help us reclaim our strength, our power, and our connection to something deeper. Today, let's give ourselves permission to pause, to reflect, and to allow ourselves the grace of just being in our own skin.

You don’t need a grand plan, just your breath.

Let this be a reminder that we are human beings, not just human doings. Your breath is the most sacred gift you have in this very moment, and it’s always there to bring you back to yourself.

So, how will you show up for yourself today?
Exhaustion can feel like a natural part of life, can’t it?

We live in a fast-paced world, where being constantly on the go has become the norm. But what if there’s more beneath the surface of that fatigue?

What if the tiredness you feel isn’t only from doing too much but from holding onto emotions that no longer serve you? Perhaps your body, in its wisdom, is inviting you to slow down not just to rest but to gently reveal what might still be lingering beneath the surface.

There may be old patterns, experiences, or emotions that your body is carrying, ones you’ve learned to manage, to push through. But your body remembers. It’s been there through every challenge, through each moment of pushing past your limits, and it’s kept a record of every time your intuition whispered but wasn’t heard.

This exhaustion could be an invitation. Instead of seeking more sleep or less stress, maybe it’s about exploring where your body wants to release, where it yearns to let go. It might be a quiet call to reset to open up space within your nervous system to explore what it’s been carrying for so long.

Imagine gently asking yourself: “What am I still holding onto, and how might I begin to soften and release?”

Through this openness, there is the potential for deep rest not just the kind that comes from taking time off, but the kind that arises from within, from a body that feels safe, held, and free. When we allow space for that release, the patterns that have kept us in cycles of depletion begin to dissolve, and a new energy emerges.

What would it feel like to experience that kind of rest not just in your daily routine but in your whole being?

Explore this possibility, allow your curiosity to guide you, and know that your body is wise. It may already know the way back to wholeness.

We've all been there. We read a great book, listen to an inspiring podcast, saying all affirmations, doing all mindset work to empower our mind or take a life-changing course that is one size fits all and think, "This is it! I’m going to change how I think, feel, and show up in the world." But then, after a few weeks or a few months, the motivation fades, and we find ourselves following the same old patterns and feeling the same way.
 Why is that?

The answer lies deeper than just the mind.

Our brains are wired to resist change. It's called CONFIRMATION BIAS , and the brain filters out new information that contradicts what we already believe. Even when we're presented with evidence that challenges our views, we struggle to let go. This is because, at its core, the brain perceives uncertainty as a threat. It clings to the familiar for safety.

But here’s the thing: true change doesn’t happen just by changing our thoughts. The mind alone can’t do it.

Real transformation starts within the body.

Our nervous system and cellular memories hold onto past experiences, stress, and emotions. These patterns are stored not just in our minds but deep in our bodies, on a visceral, cellular level. And until we work on releasing these ingrained patterns, our minds will continue to follow the same old paths.

That’s where somatic work comes in. When we work with the body through breathwork, movement, or other somatic practices we’re creating space for change to happen at the root. We begin to shift not just on a cognitive level but on a deeper, embodied level.

New neural pathways are formed. The nervous system starts to recognize that it’s safe to explore new possibilities. Only then can the mind begin to follow a new direction one that’s in alignment with our heart, our beliefs, and our deepest desires.

So, if you’ve been feeling like mindset work alone isn’t creating the shifts you want, ask yourself: What is my body holding onto?

Transformation is possible when we work with the whole system, mind, body, and heart.

Take a pause for a moment.

How often do you stop to recognize the incredible journey you’ve been on?

We tend to focus on what’s next the next goal, the next improvement, but rarely do we acknowledge the immense growth we’ve already navigated. This is especially true for those of us who’ve been carrying stress in our bodies and nervous systems for years, perhaps even from generations before us.

The truth is, healing isn’t linear. And it’s certainly not about reaching a final destination. It’s about learning to navigate the ebb and flow of life, finding safety within yourself, even when things feel uncertain.

It’s easy to focus on what didn’t go as planned, or where you think you “should” be by now. But take a look at where you are.

The fact that you’re here, moving through life, embracing the capacity to evolve after everything you’ve experienced that’s huge.

Your body remembers. It remembers the survival mode, the fight-or-flight responses. But it’s also capable of remembering something else: calm, expansion, growth.

Even when progress feels slow, you’re continuously rewiring and readapting. You’re teaching your nervous system that it’s safe to breathe, to pause, and to be.

The effort you put into healing isn’t measured by how “perfect” things look on the outside. It’s reflected in the small moments where you ground into your body, listen to what it needs, and honour the fact that you’re still showing up.

Maybe your healing doesn’t look like big milestones. Maybe it looks like small, daily victories choosing gentleness over self-criticism, rest over burnout, or curiosity over rigidity.

You’re growing, even when the changes feel subtle.

So today, I invite you to pause and give yourself credit not for what’s left to do, but for everything you’ve already done. Healing isn’t a race; it’s a journey of discovery.

Today, I just want to remind you, and myself, to honor and acknowledge how far you’ve come, despite all the challenges you’ve faced or may still be facing.

What’s one small victory you’ve had lately that you haven’t given yourself credit for?

We often think of being "productive" as a sign that everything is fine. But for many, that constant productivity hides something deeper: functional freeze.

>>>You may find yourself handling everything during the day work, kids, meetings, and obligations running on what feels like autopilot. But when you’re alone or the day winds down, you crash.

It's not just exhaustion. This is your nervous system speaking.

During the day, you’re in fight-or-flight mode: high-functioning, getting things done, but not fully present. And when evening comes, your body drops into a frozen state: a sense of shutting down, mentally and physically.

💡 This isn't depression, though it can look similar. Depression is often linked with sadness and a lack of motivation. But the functional freeze is different it’s your body and nervous system telling you that it's running on empty. It's not that you're emotionally disconnected . it' that your body simply can’t keep going at that pace.

>>>The solution isn't about pushing harder or trying another strategy to get more done. It’s about learning to regulate your nervous system, release the chronic tension stored in your body, and reconnect with a sense of calm and ease so you’re not constantly swinging between high-functioning and total shutdown

This journey doesn’t require fixing yourself, but exploring how your body holds stress and finding tools to release it.

>>>If you’ve been running on empty, ask yourself:
What would life look like if you could find balance not just in your schedule but in your nervous system?

>>>For those interested in learning more about how emotional feelings are stored in the body, here's an insightful review that dives into the science: "Where Is Emotional Feeling Felt in the Body? An Integrative Review.''

I’d love to hear your thoughts. Have you ever noticed that pattern of running on autopilot during the day, only to crash as soon as you’re alone or the day ends?

How do you recognize when your nervous system is in afunctional freeze, and what helps you to bring yourself back into balance? Let's start a conversation.

💥How many times have you found yourself reacting the same way, expecting things to be different?

It’s a cycle we all fall into. Maybe it’s defensiveness when someone gives feedback, or avoiding a difficult conversation, hoping things will magically resolve.

👉But here’s the truth: repeating the same reactions doesn’t lead to change.

Change happens when we pause and notice those reactions not just in our minds but in our bodies. The body holds the clues, the patterns we may not even realize we’re repeating.

I’ve seen this in leaders who constantly push themselves to the edge, striving for success but burning out in the process. And when they hit a wall, they react the same way, over and over, expecting different results.

The shift doesn’t happen by forcing new behavior; it happens by understanding where that reaction comes from. It begins with awareness and realignment, coming back to the heart and body, and choosing a new response.

💬 Reflect:
💡What’s one reaction or habit you’ve been repeating, expecting a different outcome?

💡What might change if you paused to explore the deeper message behind that pattern?

If this resonates, I’d love to have a deeper conversation with you about breaking free from those cycles.

Why do people work with me?

I’ve asked myself this countless times in a world filled with experts, coaches, and guides, offering countless methods, one more strategy, diplomas, and certifications.

But the truth is, it’s not about the paper qualifications. It’s about showing up as a whole, embodied human, being someone who deeply listens, who sees, feels, and holds space. Over the years, the most valuable feedback out of them making their leap, I’ve received has been from clients who feel seen, heard, and felt, not rushed through an hour on the clock, but embraced in their entirety.

Wholeness is not about perfection but about embracing every part of yourself, the light, the dark, and everything in between. It’s about showing up fully in your body, your heart, and your truth. That’s the space I offer.

One of my clients recently told me, “Marina, you knew how to sense exactly what I needed without me saying a word.” They felt heard and understood in ways they hadn’t experienced before, realizing that sometimes the healing we need comes from simply being seen, without the pressure to change or fix anything.

This is not something that comes from a textbook but from the real-life journey of deep self-integration and presence.

I support from my wholeness, and that’s what I offer: a space where you can reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have been scattered or silenced for too long. No pressure, no labels, just the invitation to be fully present in your heart and body.

If you feel ready to explore this deeper connection with yourself, I’m here. Together, we’ll hold space for your evolution, your realignment, and your reconnection.

If there’s one thing life consistently gives us, it’s feedback , feedback through our bodies, our emotions, our experiences , and through people.

It took me years to stop seeing life’s challenges as something to "fix" and instead start recognizing them as teachers. Each twist, each block, each difficult emotion isn’t a barrier, but an invitation to come back to ourselves.

As one client recently told me, “I realized I had been spending so much time avoiding my emotions. When I finally allowed myself to feel, I started to recognize my true self and why i was behaving in a certain way.” And nothing is wrong with that, there should not be shame on what were those phases in our life. They meant to be there to serve as feedback.

I don’t have all the answers, nor do I need to. What I do offer is a space where you can reconnect with the wisdom inside you, the wisdom that has always been there, beneath the surface noise.

Here, we don’t strive for perfection. We aim for wholeness, honouring every piece of our journey.

✨ Don’t Wait for Anyone to Clean Your Mess.
Be the human who takes full responsibility for it.

🟢 The truth is, being messy isn’t bad.
Some of the most profound evolution happens when we allow ourselves to feel, express, and grow through our mess.

Years ago, I didn’t understand my emotions well. I was so harsh on myself—judgmental to the point where I projected it onto others. This self-criticism became toxic and manifested in ways I didn’t recognize, deeply affecting my body and mind. I nearly brought myself to anorexia. I was stuck in judgment and disconnected from my heart.

🔸 What I know today:
My judgments were masking unexpressed emotions, primarily anger , a reflection of deeper emotional suppression and repression. I wasn’t at peace with who I was, and those judgments were my attempts to control the parts of myself that felt chaotic and unresolved.

Judgment isn’t just an opinion.
It’s an energetic imprint that takes root within us. When it stems from fear, shame, or insecurity, it disrupts our emotional and physical well-being.

🌀 In today’s world, judgment is often conditioned by societal pressures, which could be called "false light." We’re taught to seek validation from others, from family, friends, and society, and equate success with material things. This distorts how we perceive ourselves and others.

🔍 But when we’re disconnected from our hearts,
the noise and opinions of others control us even more.

The heart holds the deepest truth.
It’s where real clarity and honesty live. It’s through the heart that we free ourselves from the grip of judgment and stop aligning with expectations placed on us. Instead, we start aligning with the truth within.

⚡ Ask yourself:
Where are you judging yourself or others?
Is it coming from fear, shame, or a need to fit into an idea of success that isn’t even yours?

💬 What would your life feel like if you let go of those judgments and began accepting yourself fully, first?

With love and integrity

We live in a world that tells us to constantly chase after "more":
More success, more wealth, more recognition.
But when is it enough?

After losing my father, I began to ask myself: What am I really chasing?
Is it fear, scarcity, or the feeling that I’m not enough unless I have more?

✔ It's important to know:
Enjoying wealth and abundance is our birthright.
But from what space are we creating?
Are we creating from a place of scarcity, believing that the more we create, the more worthy we are?

Why don’t we feel worthy just as we are?

When we create from alignment with our hearts, we know when enough is enough.
We value what we create and grow from a place of clarity, not pressure.

The heart is not fluff.
The heart is boldness.
It takes courage to take actions not led by the constant pressure from mainstream narratives.

Just look at our children.
From cartoons to media, they are conditioned to follow societal expectations to chase after "enough."

This conditioning stays with us throughout life, leaving us disconnected from ourselves.
But the truth is, when we become aware, we can choose differently.

Awareness is the first step to making empowered choices.
Without awareness, there can be no change.
Are you ready to step into your heart's truth?

Have you ever felt like you were constantly searching for answers, trying to understand yourself only through your mind?

I was once stuck in that cycle trapped in fears, insecurities, and overthinking. I thought if I could just figure it out, the pieces would fall into place.

But here’s what I learned: The mind is only a small part of the equation.

For decades, the body has been ignored in healing and self-discovery. We’ve been told to think, to analyze, to fix ourselves cognitively. But the real key lies deeper in the stones of our bones, in the movements we make, in how our body processes life.

Through my journey, I’ve tried countless approaches, but nothing ever truly clicked until I started working with my body. It was through movement that I began to unlock clarity, healing, and self-alignment.

💡 Our bodies carry stories, wisdom, and emotions that our minds alone can not access. The moment we come back into our bodies, we reconnect with our heart’s truth.

✔️ For me personally, the biggest shift came when I learned to truly respect and love my body instead of treating it as something separate. Now, I guide others through this process, not because my way is the only way, but because I’ve experienced the power of body connection firsthand.

✔️ The Real Question: How long will we stay stuck in our heads, disconnected from the very vessel that’s meant to guide us?

Have you ever noticed how your body reacts before your mind has time to think? Whether it's a tight chest before a big decision or that gut feeling, you just can't shake, or your heart starts beating fast. Your body often knows before your mind does. What if you could learn to understand and trust those signals?

With Love,
Marina
It’s time to be DONE with the illusionary, mind-conditioned world we’ve been trapped in.

From TV to movies, cartoons, norms and everything in between ,these mediums have been subtly programming our subconscious for generations. They know that the subconscious is where they can control you. Once your subconscious is programmed, it influences every choice you make, often based on fear, while your body stays stuck in survival mode.

But it’s not just traditional media…

Even the mainstream spiritual world has fallen into this trap, creating a “la la land” of new world consciousness that’s disconnected from reality. It feeds you false positivity and spiritual shortcuts while pushing you further away from your body and deeper into your mind. This illusionary spirituality bypasses the real work of transformation and keeps you asleep.

💭 We are living in the ripple effect of a fear-driven reality.

Disconnected. Brainwashed. Manipulated on every level.

Most of us aren’t using the wisdom and intelligence of our bodies—we're operating on the minimal resources of a mind that has been programmed to stay in survival mode, driven by fear.

💡 But here’s the truth: nobody likes it when you wake up.

Why? Because when you awaken and begin respecting your inner authority, when you stop following the masses and start listening to your heart’s wisdom, you can see wide . You break free from externally conditioned fear and step into your own heart, inner authority.

I was fortunate enough to wake up and see how deeply controlled I was on so many levels.

But here’s the raw reality: Action is which brings true transformation.

💡 Too many people are blind to this. We need to wake up.

In every segment of our lives.

Start asking questions. Question your actions, question your decisions, and question the reality you’ve been led to believe is yours.

💡 Ask yourself: How much longer will you choose to live disconnected from your truth?

What will your life look like if you keep following everyone else’s path instead of walking your own?

Let's awake.

In every breath, we carry the stories of our losses. Our bodies are witnesses to those unspoken words, silent tears, and unhealed wounds. Grief is not just a feeling , it’s an imprint in our bones, a mark on our skin, and a weight we carry in silence. Movement becomes our language when words are not enough. Each movement is a prayer for release, an opportunity to shed light on the dark corners of our soul, to free what has been trapped. As we move, we become a bridge between the past and the present, between pain and hope. In this moment, I allow my body to speak for me, to release, to remember, to love.

💥As you move through your day, where in your body do you feel the weight of your own grief or unspoken emotions? How might you invite your body to speak, release, or heal through movement, even in small ways?

✨ I wasn’t always disconnected from my heart. ✨

In fact, I used to follow it deeply, trusting its wisdom. But somewhere along the way, I got lost, following others and world norms , instead of my own inner voice...

💭 It whispered:

Be logical.

Stay in control.

Follow the crowd.

So, I did. I embraced the mainstream spiritual industry, followed the trends, and got swept up in the idea of enlightenment that everyone was chasing. I tried to “think” my way to awakening. But in doing so, I ended up further away from myself.

🌀 At some point, I realized that while chasing this version of spirituality, I had dissociated from my own emotions, my own truth. I had been living in a "La La Land" of illusion, disconnected from the grounding reality of my own body and heart. It felt like I was floating in a dream, never truly present, never truly grounded.

✨ But here’s what I’ve come to understand:

Each of us holds our own unique path. Our hearts carry codes that are deeply personal, and when we tap into that space when we come back to our bodies, we remember that we are already embodied beings.

🌱 We don’t need to escape into some illusionary world to feel connected. We are here, in this three-dimensional reality, to fully experience life grounded in our bodies, rooted in our hearts.

When we return to our bodies, to our own truth, we find:

Stability.

Presence.

Grounding in the here and now.

💛 If this resonates, I invite you to join me. Not to follow someone else’s path, but to reconnect with your own. To ground yourself in your body, in your heart, and find your own unique wisdom.

Let’s walk this journey together, fully embodied and fully present.

In the noise of today's world, we’ve forgotten the rhythm that’s always been ours. We follow the masses, seeking out the latest teacher, the next guru, hoping they’ll lead us to what’s already within us. We’ve become disconnected from the ancient wisdom of our own bodies, the first and most sacred teachers we have.

The body is the dance, and the dance is the body. Energy is the force that moves through us, not something to be controlled or manipulated, but something to be felt, witnessed, and trusted. Our ancestors understood this before words and teachings. They moved. They danced. They let the body lead, not to find the answers, but to be the answer.

The challenge today is not finding the next external guide but reclaiming the rhythm of our own inner flow. This flow is primal, it’s intuitive, it’s old wisdom. The energy that courses through us is the same energy that has moved through generations through ancient dances, rituals, and expressions.

We don’t heal by following someone else’s path. We heal when we become quiet enough to follow our own. The body knows the way. It always has. The real journey is to trust the dance within where energy is not manipulated by trends but honored in its purest form. It’s not about the latest techniques, the newest trends, or the loudest voices , it’s about remembering the wisdom that already lives in your bones, your breath, and your heart.

Trust your body. Trust the energy that moves through it. You are your own healer.

And, if you feel that in this moment you need support in holding that space someone to simply witness and guide without imposing, then I’m here to walk with you. I don’t claim to have the answers, but together, we can create the space for your body to lead, to release, and to heal on its own terms.

Have you ever found yourself striving for success, deeper relationships, or personal growth yet hitting the same invisible wall over and over again?

The truth is, most of the obstacles we face aren’t visible to us they exist beneath the surface, in our body, stored as energy, past experiences, and unprocessed emotions.

❗ Self-sabotage is rarely just a mindset problem. It runs deeper, manifesting as unconscious patterns that live in our nervous system, silently influencing how we think, react, and move forward in life. These patterns show up as fear, stress, or even a resistance to receiving the things we say we want, whether in relationships, careers, or personal development.

🔑 But here’s the thing: Energy must be moved through the body for healing to happen. You can’t think your way out of deeply ingrained patterns. The body holds onto these experiences, and until you release the energy stored within, the cycle of self-sabotage will continue to repeat.

✨ Somatic healing works on a visceral level, helping to release these deeply rooted patterns from the body. It’s not always easy, and sometimes it’s uncomfortable, but it’s the path to breaking free from the unconscious ways we hold ourselves back.

💭 Ask yourself:

Are there recurring challenges in your life that seem to be on repeat no matter how hard you try to change?

Do you notice a tendency to push people away or sabotage opportunities when things start going well?

What emotions might be stored in your body that you’ve avoided addressing?

⚡ When you work with the body, energy moves, and healing happens. Your nervous system can recalibrate, and you’ll find yourself no longer bound by the same old patterns. The body remembers what the mind forgets , healing begins when you stop fighting yourself and start working with your body to release what no longer serves you.

Let’s dive deep and break the cycle together. Our heart and the body will lead the way.

So many of us spend hours in our heads, trying to think our way through our emotions. But here’s the truth:

Your body holds the key to healing , not your mind.
👇
Here’s why:

Trauma is stored in the body: Our nervous systems hold onto stress, fear, and emotions, even when our minds “move on.”

Your body remembers what your mind forgets: This is why people feel stuck or anxious, even after years of therapy.

Somatic healing releases stored trauma: By reconnecting with your body through practices like breathwork, somatic gentle exercises , guided movement therapy, nervous system regulation and much more , you can release what’s been held deep within.

If you’re feeling stuck in old patterns, if you are repeatedly going through the same struggle (relationships, career, way you are expressing yourself...) anxious or disconnected from yourself, somatic healing could be the answer you’ve been searching for.

Somatic healing isn’t about overthinking , it’s about feeling and releasing.

🧠 Your body is always communicating with you, even when you don’t realize it. The tension, discomfort, or pain you feel might actually be your body telling you that emotions need attention.

💭 Shoulders tight? You might be carrying the weight of worry or overwhelming responsibilities.

💔 Heartache? It may not just be emotional. Your body could be holding sadness, loneliness, or shame in your chest.

😣 Stomach uneasy? This could be a sign of unprocessed fear, guilt, or anxiety.Take a moment today to check in with your body. Where are you feeling discomfort? What emotions might be asking to be released?

🌿 Healing begins when we listen to the messages within.

Are you ready and open to listening?

✈️I just returned from a beautiful time away, surrounded by nature, that reminded me of the simple yet profound essence of life. Every step, every breeze, every moment spent in nature activated something deep within me, mind, body, and soul. It’s a reminder of how existence should be: simple, harmonious, and full of flow. But in our daily lives, we’ve become so disconnected. We rush to achieve more, build bigger, and chase what seems like an endless race for “more.”

In this rush, we lose sight of what truly matters. We disconnect from ourselves, from the flow of life, and from the very energy that sustains us. We forget the wisdom of our bodies and the truth our hearts carry.

🌿 Nature has a way of reawakening that connection. It speaks directly to our hearts, activating the codes of wisdom and simplicity that we sometimes forget. The energy of the heart is so powerful that it holds the balance we seek. When we operate from this space, everything changes.

👉As I step back into the social media space, I bring with me the message of simplicity, connection, and the importance of healing. We can restore balance in our lives by reconnecting with the energy of our hearts and the flow of life. It all starts within.

💫Our bodies need healing, our hearts need healing, and from there, we begin to restore balance in the world around us.

✨ In the heart’s simplicity lies the wisdom of the universe. When we live from this space, we find the balance we’ve been searching for.

💚 Let’s remember: Healing starts within. Reconnect with your heart, honour your body, and trust in the simplicity of life.

👉Pain is something we all experience, yet it’s often something we try to avoid or suppress. But what if pain, in any form, is actually an invitation, a powerful signal from your body or mind urging you to turn inward?
Pain is more than just discomfort; it’s a messenger. It’s your body’s way of telling you that something needs attention, healing, or change. Whether it’s physical discomfort, emotional heartache, or mental stress, pain is asking you to stop, listen, and reflect.
💡Through my own journey, I’ve learned that pain isn’t just about the immediate sensation. It’s about the deeper layers what’s really going on beneath the surface. Instead of running from pain, I’ve learned to sit with it, ask it questions, and explore what it’s trying to teach me. This process has led to profound insights, healing, and growth.
💥Next time you feel pain, whether it’s in your body, mind, or heart, try something different. Instead of reaching for a quick fix or distraction, take a moment to tune in. What is your pain trying to tell you? What needs to be acknowledged, felt, or healed?Remember, pain isn’t your enemy. It’s a guide, leading you to a deeper understanding of yourself.

💬 Let’s talk: How do you usually respond to pain? Have you ever tried turning inward when faced with discomfort? I’d love to hear your thoughts.

💥Two years ago, my husband and I found Mishka, our ferret, outside our house. We already had two cats at that time, now three, and were feeding strays, so my husband was hesitant about keeping her. He suggested we find her a new home, especially since she needed a little surgery after being bitten by the outdoor cats. But something deep inside me said we should keep her.

✨️Despite the initial challenges that our logical minds might use to find reasons not to do something—often rooted in feelings of scarcity—Mishka quickly became a source of endless joy and playfulness in our home. She reminded me daily of the importance of joy and the simple pleasures in life. But more than that, she taught me the value of trusting my instincts, even when it’s difficult, even when the logical mind finds every way to say no.

💡Reflecting on this experience, I see how Mishka’s arrival wasn’t just about rescuing a ferret; it was about reconnecting with the parts of myself that longed for spontaneity, joy, and trust in the unknown. In life, we often face decisions that challenge our logic, but there’s wisdom in listening to our hearts, to the quiet nudges that guide us to where we’re meant to be.

🌟 Life Lesson: Trust your inner instincts—they often lead you to places of unexpected joy and growth. Mishka has brought so much light into our lives, and I’m grateful every day that I listened to that inner voice.

📸 P.S. Here’s a picture of Mishka, who continues to teach me about the power of play and the joy of trusting your instincts, and how making decisions guided by these instincts can influence your life for the better, including your health.

🔊 Let’s get real about anxiety it’s not just about feeling “nervous” or “worried.” There’s a much deeper story that often gets overlooked.

💥 Here’s the truth:
Anxiety isn’t just a random emotion. It’s your body’s way of shouting, “I’m trying to keep you safe!” When you’re in that anxious state, it’s because your nervous system is stuck in survival mode, triggered by past experiences that were too much to handle. Your mind gets caught in the loop of past and future fears, trying to protect you from ever going through that pain again. And in this state? Being truly present feels almost impossible.

📌But here’s the game-changer: You’re not broken, and there’s nothing inherently wrong with you. Your body and mind are just doing what they’ve been trained to do, keeping you safe, even if it means staying in survival mode longer than necessary.

💡 The key to moving forward? Recognizing that your anxiety is a survival response rooted in past experiences .When you understand this, you can start the journey from survival mode to a state of safety and calm, allowing your nervous system to finally relax.

💡Let’s talk about it. How do you manage your anxiety? What’s helped you shift from survival mode to a place of peace? I’d love to hear your thoughts and stories.

In a world that often misinterprets self-love, we’re told to strive for unwavering confidence, to push aside insecurities, and to maintain a constant state of positivity. But is that truly what self-love is about? Or are we missing a deeper connection to our authentic selves?
🤔 Think about this: Do wild animals or trees in a forest ever question their worth? Probably not. They simply exist, fulfilling their roles in the ecosystem, just by being alive. This is what I call existence worth the inherent value that every living being has, simply by existing. But unlike the natural world, we humans are constantly bombarded with messages telling us we need to be more more beautiful, more successful, more something to be worthy.

💡This can lead us to seek change not from a place of self-love but from a deep sense of inadequacy. We go to the gym, not to honour our bodies, but to punish them. We seek out new experiences, not because we embrace who we are, but because we want to escape how we feel.

💥Here’s the truth: Self-love begins with acceptance, accepting ourselves as we are, flaws, and all. This doesn’t mean we stop growing; it means we start growing in a direction that aligns with our true needs and desires rather than running away from our discomfort.
➡️When you make choices from a space of acceptance ,whether it’s reaching out for support or making lifestyle changes, you do so with a clear, grounded intention. You understand which kind of people you want in your environment and which kind of support will genuinely uplift you, rather than just serve as a temporary escape.

This shift in intention is profound. It’s the difference between seeking help because you hate where you are and seeking guidance because you love yourself enough to want to evolve.

So, before you take your next step whether it’s a new routine,or reaching out for any kind of support, ask yourself: Am I doing this to escape my present reality, or am I doing this to honor who I am and where I want to evolve?

If you feel called to explore your own potential and would like my support in your evolution, I’d be honoured to walk with you on this journey because you fully accept yourself first.
Throughout my spiritual journey, I’ve encountered the idea of “spiritual bypassing”—the notion that we can escape traumas, or difficult emotions by solely focusing on the “higher” aspects of spirituality, like love and light.

At first, this approach seems positive. Who wouldn’t want to focus on love and light?

💥But here’s the danger: when we use spirituality to avoid dealing with our deep-seated issues, we’re not healing—we’re escaping.I’ve been there. I used to think that if I could just meditate enough or focus only on the good, I could avoid the painful parts of myself. But this only led to more internal suffering. The emotions we ignore don’t disappear; they fester, waiting to surface.Instead, we need to:

🌑 Face What’s Beneath: Acknowledge the parts of yourself that are hurting. Real healing starts with embracing the whole of who we are.

🖤 Embrace the Darkness: We often label emotions like anger, sadness, and fear as "negative" or "bad."" But these emotions are natural and necessary parts of the human experience. The true darkness within us is not these feelings themselves, but the denial and suppression of our true selves, the parts of us that we reject, hide, or ignore because they don’t fit the image we want to present to the world.

This inner darkness is the disconnection from our authentic selves, the parts of us we push into the shadows because we fear they are unacceptable. By not acknowledging these aspects, we allow them to operate in the background, influencing our lives in ways we might not even realize.

🌟 Integrate All Aspects: Use spiritual practices to bring together all parts of yourself, not just the ones that feel good.

💚 Honour Your Journey: Your path is uniquely yours. Embrace every step, every emotion, and human excperience as part of your growth.

Spirituality isn’t about escaping reality; it’s about embracing it in all its messiness and beauty. Let’s stop using spirituality as a way to bypass our pain and start using it as a tool for deep, transformative healing.

We’re not here to escape reality with a mask of love and light.

✔️At the beginning of my relationship with my husband, I recognized old behaviors and insecurities that were affecting both of us and were present in my past. We were reflecting our unhealed wounds onto each other without fully realizing it.

✔️My journey towards self-awareness began when I lost my dad seven years ago. I started to explore my emotional body, my feelings, and what I truly needed. This transformation allowed me to change, and my husband began to notice the shift.

✔️Initially, he was resistant to doing the work on himself. I didn’t force him, but I trusted that when he was ready, he would start his journey. And he did.

✔️We must be ready to evolve and step into the unknown if we want to make a real shift. Staying in the same place, thinking the same thoughts, and feeling the same emotions will lead us to probably the same experiences

✔️This is just a glimpse of the work we’ve done together, but it was a significant step forward for him and a reconnection with himself. Our relationship has transformed into a divine connection, where we accept each other for who we truly are and allow each other to grow without influencing each other with our beliefs and perspectives.

💥I want to emphasize that this post is not about us, but rather about how we can all begin to become more conscious and aware of ourselves, the energies we bring into our relationships, and the energies we are feeding in those connections. This is only my personal feelings and perspective. And you can take for yourself what resonates with you.

💬 If this resonates with you, let’s connect. I am not here to tell you what to do, only to support your unique evolution. You have all the autonomy and inner authority that are crucial in your personal evolution.

🌟In a world where the personal development industry is booming, it’s easy to find “coaches”, “mentors” , "healers", "gurus " and so on , who claim to have all the answers. They position themselves as the ultimate guides, offering solutions as if they hold the secret key to your success.

💚But here’s something I want you to know: I’m not that kind of coach, mentor, or guide—and I never will be.

True empowerment doesn’t come from being told what to do. It comes from discovering your own path, guided by the unique wisdom that lies within you. When you step into my space, it’s not about me dictating your journey. It’s about us coming together, as equals, to explore what’s right for you.

🌟Here’s how I approach my work:

👉 Respecting Your Unique Evolution: Each of us is a unique spark with our own path to follow. I’m here to listen, to truly hear and feel what you need in each moment. If you invite me to share, I do so with the utmost respect for your journey.

👉 You Are the Driver, I Am the Passenger: You are the one in control. My role is to support you, offering guidance when needed while always respecting your autonomy. Your choices, your beliefs, and your actions are yours to make.

👉 Mutual Evolution:
When a client steps into my space, it’s about mutual growth. We create an environment where both of us can learn, evolve, and grow together. Every interaction is a chance for us to learn from each other.I choose to walk alongside you, trusting in your inner wisdom, holding space for your journey, and supporting you in discovering what’s true for you.

✨ If you’re looking for someone to tell you what to do, I may not be the right guide for you. But if you’re ready to explore your own potential, to trust in your own path, and to grow in a space of mutual respect and support, then let’s connect.

📌Sometimes, the most profound transformations begin with the quietest of whisper, a subtle nudge from within telling us that it’s time for change. It’s not always easy to listen to that voice, especially when we’ve been carrying the weight of old patterns, emotions, and beliefs for so long.

But when we do, something beautiful begins to happen. We start to shed the layers of our old selves, the ones that no longer serve us, and step into a version of ourselves that feels more true, more aligned with our heart's desires.

Healing isn’t about “fixing” something that’s broken. It’s about reconnecting with the essence of who we are, letting go of what’s been holding us back, and embracing the clarity that comes when we align our actions with our true values.

Through somatic work, we tap into the wisdom of the body, release stored emotions, and find the strength to move forward with grace and confidence. It’s a journey of self-discovery, one that requires us to trust the process and allow our hearts to guide the way.If you’ve been feeling that nudge, that call to something more, know that you are not alone.

There’s a path forward that honours your journey and your truth.I would be honoured to walk with you as you explore what’s possible when you listen to your heart and embrace the changes that are calling you.

💥The waiting list is open from October, and if you feel that you are ready , you don't need to walk alone. DM " Application Form," and I will share the link for applying with you.

🤯Anxiety can feel like a constant storm in your mind, keeping you stuck in patterns of fear, self-doubt, and isolation. But what if the beliefs fueling your anxiety could be unmasked and transformed?

Here are a few common beliefs that might be driving your anxiety:

💭 "If I tell others how I feel, they will use it against me."
💭 "If I let myself feel this emotion, I will be overwhelmed by it."
💭 "Other people don’t feel this way. There must be something wrong with me."

These beliefs are often rooted in past experiences, silently shaping how we navigate life.

They keep us disconnected from ourselves and others, making us feel isolated and misunderstood.

✨ The truth is, these beliefs don’t define you. They’re simply stories your mind created to protect you at one time. But now, they’re holding you back from living your fullest life.

💡Pro Tip: Next time these thoughts arise, simply acknowledge them without judgment. Remind yourself that they are not the ultimate truth, but old patterns ready to be released.

🌿 Healing happens when we reconnect with our authentic self and start listening to our body’s wisdom. You don’t have to do this alone. Let’s explore this together.

💡Did you know that 80% of people diagnosed with autoimmune conditions are women? Women are twice as likely to experience depression compared to men.

These statistics aren’t just numbers; they’re reflections of the silent battles many women endure daily.

As someone who has walked alongside countless women on their healing journeys, I’ve come to understand that these “mystery illnesses” often hold deeper truths, truths our bodies are desperate for us to hear.

What Might Be Contributing to These Struggles?

🔍 Belief: "I have to keep going, no matter how I feel."

The relentless drive to keep pushing, even through pain and fatigue, is often celebrated in our society. But this perseverance can lead to burnout, signalling that it’s time to pause and listen.

🔍 Belief: "If I ask for help, I’m weak."

We’ve been conditioned to equate strength with silence. But true strength lies in the courage to seek support and allow ourselves to be held during times of need.

🔍 Belief: "My worth is tied to my productivity."

In a world that measures value by output, it’s easy to lose touch with our body’s signals. This disconnection can lead to a spiral of emotional and physical health struggles, reminding us that worth is not defined by how much we do but by who we are.

The Reality:

💥Healing Begins with Awareness. Healing doesn’t mean masking symptoms or pushing through the pain. It begins when we start truly listening to our bodies and honouring the emotions they carry. Your body is your ally, not your enemy.

💥Pro Tip: If you’re feeling drained or struggling with unexplained symptoms, pause and ask yourself, “What is my body really trying to tell me?”

Healing isn’t about pushing harder; it’s about softening into the wisdom your body holds.

💡Most people don’t really want the truth. They just want constant reassurance that what they believe is the truth.

In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easier to seek comfort in familiar beliefs than to challenge our perceptions and face the uncomfortable truths that lie beneath. But real growth happens when we dare to step out of our comfort zones and confront those truths, however unpleasant they may be.

💯 Why Choose Unpleasant Truths Over Comforting Lies?

✨️Growth Over Stagnation: Comforting lies keep us stuck, while the truth, however harsh, propels us forward.

✨️True Healing Begins with Reality: In the realm of healing and transformation, it’s vital to acknowledge what is real, only then can we address the roots of our struggles.

✨️Empowerment Through Clarity: Facing the truth empowers us. It gives us the clarity needed to make decisions that align with our true selves and not the illusions we’ve created.

✨️Authenticity Is Liberating: Living in alignment with the truth, even when it’s tough, leads to a more authentic, fulfilling life.

💡 Reflect: Are you seeking the comforting lies, or are you brave enough to face the unpleasant truths?

💯The path to true transformation requires the courage to confront what’s real and to let go of what’s merely comforting.

✨️One of my clients came to me after experiencing repeated patterns in her intimate relationships.
We all have challenges at different levels and in various areas of our lives. Some challenges keep showing up on repeat, especially in our relationships. Life is a teacher if we’re open to learning, listening, feeling, and evolving.

👉She was facing the same heartbreaking cycle over and over again, attracting similar partners that led to the same painful endings. She reached out to me because she realized that these repetitive cycles were more than just bad luck—they were signs of something deeper that needed healing.

✅️Together, we dove into the unaddressed trauma that was subtly influencing her choices and behaviors. We uncovered a deep emotional wound from her childhood, when she was just 5 years old, her father left her and her mother, leaving her mom.
This wound planted deep-seated beliefs within her:
👉that relationships can not last
👉 that relationships are painful and hard, 👉 that she is not deserving of the greatest love with ease.

Although she wasn’t consciously aware of these beliefs, they were running deep on a cellular level, affecting the energy she was operating within.

✨️Through somatic healing, she began to reconnect with her body’s wisdom, uncovering and healing the hidden beliefs rooted in this early abandonment. Slowly daily she started to embody energy that is in alignment with her heart. As we worked through these layers, she started to break free from old patterns, making conscious choices that aligned with her true self.

✅️Now, she not only enjoys healthier relationships but also feels empowered in all areas of her life and more connected to herself.

🌟 If you’re stuck in a loop, it might be time to listen to the wisdom of your body. Trauma isn’t just in the past; it’s influencing your present until it’s healed. Remember, the key to transformation is reconnecting with your authenticity, embracing your inner authority, and honouring every part of yourself without abandoning anything.

True power emerges when we reconnect with the authenticity within, allowing every part of ourselves to be seen, heard, and valued.

When it comes to healing and transformation, one of the biggest mistakes people make is ignoring the wisdom of their bodies...

🧠 Mistake 1: Relying solely on cognitive understanding
Understanding a problem intellectually is important, but true healing involves connecting with and addressing the emotions and sensations stored in the body.

😢 Mistake 2: Suppressing Emotions
Suppressing emotions can lead to physical symptoms and chronic health issues. Your body holds onto what your mind suppresses.

🚨 Mistake 3: Ignoring Body Signals
Ignoring signals like tension, pain, or fatigue can lead to more significant health problems.

🔍 Mistake 4: Seeking External Validation
Seeking external validation can disconnect you from your inner truth. Pay attention to your body’s messages and needs.

🙅 Mistake 5: Not Trusting Your Inner Authority
Doubting your inner authority and believing that someone else—be it a coach, mentor, or guide—has more power to heal you than you do can keep you stuck. Finding the right support while trusting your inner wisdom can be a game changer.

Pro Tip: Start by acknowledging your body’s signals and emotions. Practice mindfulness, engage in somatic exercises, and listen to what your body is trying to tell you.

Are you making any of these mistakes? Recognizing them is the first step toward deeper healing and transformation. 💚

👉 People-Pleasing Isn’t About Being Nice – It’s About Avoiding the Fear of Rejection.

❓ Have you ever found yourself constantly saying "yes" to others, even when you want to say "no"? I spent a big part of my life living as a people-pleaser. I feared rejection or not being loved if I said no to clients, family, friends, to those i work with... It’s not just about being nice or agreeable. People-pleasing often masks a deeper fear of rejection and not being loved.

🔍 What It Is: People-pleasing is the habit of prioritizing others' needs over your own to avoid conflict and gain approval.

❓️Why It Happens: This behaviour often stems from a fear of rejection and a deep-seated belief that we are only lovable if we meet others' expectations. This belief and behavior often originate in early childhood and are linked to the primary trauma of rejection. As children, from around the age of two, we are in a theta brain wave frequency state, which is similar to a state of hypnosis. In this state, we absorb everything around us, what is said to us, how it is said, and what we witness in our environment. If a child frequently hears messages implying they are only valued when they meet others' expectations, their body and mind learn to prioritize others to avoid rejection. This early conditioning can lead to people-pleasing behaviors in adulthood.

🔄 What is the Impact:
Emotional Toll: Constantly suppressing our true feelings and desires leads to stress and emotional exhaustion.
Physical Symptoms: Over time, the stress and anxiety from people-pleasing can manifest in physical symptoms such as chronic pain, fatigue, and other health issues.
⚠️ Recognizing that you’re a people-pleaser is the first step, but understanding alone isn’t enough to create change. We need to address these patterns at a somatic level within the body where these behaviors are deeply ingrained.

❓️Do you feel you have built healthy boundaries in your life?
❓️Are you a people-pleaser? If so, what steps can you take to start setting healthier boundaries?

Our mind, body, and emotions are deeply interconnected. The body has a way of expressing what the mind suppresses, making it essential to understand this connection for true healing.

Chronic symptoms lasting over three months often become hardwired into our brain and nervous system. Addressing these symptoms requires more than just physical solutions.

👉Physical Solutions Aren't Enough

When symptoms become chronic, physical treatments alone can't resolve them. The solution lies in addressing the mind and nervous system components.

Many people seek answers in the wrong places, relying solely on medication or physical therapy. These treatments might provide temporary relief but fail to address the underlying emotional and psychological factors.

👉Healing the Nervous System

To heal from chronic health issues, we must heal the nervous system by learning to process emotions. This involves addressing the emotional and psychological factors contributing to chronic symptoms.

👉Repressed Emotions

Symptoms are often a sign of emotional suppression. Recognizing and addressing repressed emotions is crucial for healing.

✔️Cognitive Understanding Alone Is Not Enough

Understanding our struggles is valuable but often falls short in creating lasting change. Our well-being and living authentically without forcing ourselves to fit in can profoundly affect our relationships, success, and health. Everything is energy, and without changing the energy within our system, our actions and habits won't change.

Do You Believe Emotions Are Unchangeable?
🌟 Many of us unknowingly hold onto false beliefs about emotions, shaping our mental health and well-being.
🔍 Accepting Negative Emotions:
Some believe that expressing negative feelings is unacceptable. This mindset can block self-awareness and lead to mental health challenges like depression and anxiety.
❌ Emotions Are Not Fixed:
Believing emotions are unchangeable can lead to less effort in regulating them, increasing negative feelings, and reducing well-being.
💡 Embrace Change:
Emotions are malleable. By challenging false beliefs, you can learn to navigate emotions effectively and experience positive changes.
✨ Your Path to Emotional Freedom:
It's not about avoiding negative emotions but embracing them and growing through them.
🌱 Ready for a Change? Let's work together to shift these beliefs and open the door to a balanced emotional life.

In a world full of cookie-cutter solutions, I do things differently. I don't rely on generic methods, and I don't follow the trends of traditional talk therapies. Instead, I focus on what truly matters—a deep, personalized approach to healing trauma.

What I Don't Do:
❌ Quick Fixes: I don’t offer quick fixes like one-off workshops or generic self-help books that promise overnight transformations.
❌ Generic Methods: I don’t use standardized programs that fail to consider your unique emotional and physical experiences. This includes things like generic meditation apps, off-the-shelf therapy modules, or mass-produced online courses.
❌ Surface-Level Solutions: I don’t ignore the body’s signals or emotional undercurrents, nor do I provide temporary solutions like stress-busting tips or superficial coping strategies that don’t address the root causes.
What I Do Offer:
→ Custom, Personalized Journeys: Every person’s trauma and healing needs are unique. I create a tailored somatic journey that addresses your specific experiences and goals, ensuring that your healing process is customized just for you.
→ Deep Emotional and Physical Healing: Through specialized breathwork and somatic practices, we work together to release stored trauma and emotional blockages, promoting holistic healing.
→ Holistic Integration: My approach integrates body, mind, and spirit, ensuring that the healing process is comprehensive and transformative. We go beyond the mind to acknowledge the wisdom and signals of the body, facilitating profound and lasting change.

👉Why It Works:
Unlike traditional therapies that often only address the mind, my approach recognizes that true healing requires a comprehensive approach that includes the body. This holistic perspective helps you move beyond mere coping to truly thriving.

🗝️ The key to true healing is not in generic solutions but in a journey that is as unique as you are.

💪Who here is ready to step into a more authentic, aligned, and liberated version of themselves?
PS: Being in tune with your body and emotions is not just about feeling better; it’s about reclaiming your life.
Join me on a journey to uncover your true potential.

Do you need to go through endless therapy sessions to heal from trauma?

A client asked me this question after years of traditional therapy.

In the world of mental health, we often see an image of therapy involving endless talking, cognitive analysis, and revisiting old memories:
🛋️ lying on a couch, talking about your past experiences, dissecting thoughts, and feelings.

(Talking therapy = mental focus)

✨ You don't need to rely solely on talking therapies. Addressing trauma requires a holistic approach that includes your body, mind, and emotions. You need to change the way you connect with your body and listen to its signals.
✨ It's not just about speaking; it's about feeling. Reflect on your physical sensations, emotional responses, and how they align with your true desires and values.
💡 You can design a healing journey that honours your unique experiences and respects your body's wisdom. It's about integrating somatic practices that help release stored trauma and guide you toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.Knowing how to work with your body's innate wisdom starts with getting to know yourself:
⭐ Understanding the connection between your emotions, physical sensations, and past experiences.
⭐ Recognizing the signs your body gives you and how to respond healthily.
⭐ Cultivating practices that support nervous system regulation and emotional resilience.

"I think if I could get you to do one thing
I would say that when you get to the point that you...
Really feel, highly motivated, to, just, towards keeping your virtue...
Then you'll you'll discover quite quickly how extraordinary a life was meant to be, could be

And it's, it's just that we get so messy, it's not that we are doing lots of wrong things, our mind is so messy
We don't keep it simple
And we end up making the life that we are living, so in-ordinarily complicated
Completely unnecessarily, and it's such a shame to end up feeling, in a real muddle, while actually, you ought to be having the time of your lives

It doesn't actually take very much to make the deepest part of us incredibly happy
You know?
Just to be here, just to appreciate
Appreciate being here
To feel that you're alive
To be in touch with your heart
That's it
That's it
It takes mindfulness to come to a human life
And then above that, it takes mindfulness and virtue to come to a fortunate human life."

Operating, living, creating, and being in relationships, mainly in unhealthy masculine energy, is a trap many women fall into. Our bodies remember everything, and when we constantly push ourselves, suppress our emotions, and live in survival mode, we lose touch with our true essence.

🌿💬 "I must be strong. I can't show weakness. I have to keep going."
👉This narrative is all too common. And that was me. I lived that way, thinking this was the only way to succeed and be strong. But what if I told you that embracing your feminine energy could lead to a healthier, more aligned, and fulfilling life?

❌ The Energy Trap:

👉Constantly pushing yourself beyond limits.
👉Suppressing your emotions to appear strong.
👉Operating from a place of control and constant doing
👉Neglecting your emotional well-being.
👉Living in survival mode, always on high alert.
✨️Embracing your feminine energy means allowing yourself to feel, rest, and be guided by your inner wisdom. It's about balancing the masculine drive with the feminine flow.
✨️Our bodies store every experience, every emotion. When we live in unhealthy masculine energy, we store stress, trauma, and exhaustion in our bodies. This can lead to burnout, anxiety, and a disconnect from our true selves.

👉A Healthier Way Forward:

💡 Embrace rest and recognize that the more you rest, the more you can offer.
💡 Allow yourself to feel and process emotions healthily.
💡 Create from a space of joy and health. 💡 Balance doing with being.

What are you no longer willing to tolerate in your life? Are you ready to align with your true self , heal trauma in the body, and embrace a healthier way of being?

Let's have a conversation .

✨️I'm thrilled to share a testimonial from my friend and colleague, Yazan, who recently completed the "From Fear to Greatness" somatic session that I created. Yazan also played a crucial role in the technical editing of this journey, adding Solfeggio frequencies, subliminal messages that I recorded, and background sounds to enhance the visualization and deepen the experience.

✨️I'm honoured that Yazan participated in this session and that it helped him show up more confidently, making a significant quantum leap forward in his endeavours. The creation process is always guided by a heart-centered intention, witnessing others move forward, and activating the inner medicine we all possess, while trusting their inner authority. This journey is about facing and seeing our fears as gifts.
👉 Whether it's the fear of speaking, pursuing a new project, starting a new relationship or leaving relationships, or fear of being pregnant, fear of getting better ,we all have fears within us. But once we understand them and see them as gifts, everything can be transformed into new perspectives.

🙏I hope this journey serves many and helps those who are ready to receive and transform. I want to thank @breathewithyaz for his technical support in this process and for sharing his personal experience with this somatic journey. Celebrating his progress and his increased confidence to share his gift with others brings me immense joy.

💚If you are ready to go from the mind into the body and go from hiding yourself to shining yourself out there more and + healthy and energized, let's have a chat.

Thank you, my Palestinian brother from another mother and dear colleague @breathewithyaz. Celebrating you💚🙏

💬 What are you no longer willing to tolerate in your life?

For years, I found myself stuck in the same patterns, habits, beliefs, and emotional responses that didn’t serve my well-being. Many resist change, clinging to familiar behaviors even when they know it’s not good for their relationships, careers, or health. Our belief systems and emotional conditioning can keep us trapped in a cycle of discomfort and dissatisfaction.

I remember a phase in my life when I was scared to change. I was afraid to feel good about saying no, to make different choices, and to understand my needs and desires. I had to reach an emotional bottom line before I chose to change. Here’s what I decided I would no longer tolerate:

❌ Feeling insecure and being hard on myself.

❌ Exhausting my body through relentless work and not allowing myself to rest.

❌ Playing small and letting others dictate my life and decisions.

❌ Working 16-hour days without taking time to enjoy life.

❌ Operating from a place of control and constant doing.

❌ Neglecting my emotional well-being.

❌ Being reactive to life rather than responding.

There are many things I didn’t want to tolerate anymore, but I chose to share just some of them. At that time, I wasn’t even aware of how powerful our bodies are or that my emotions, which I was ignoring, were the most valuable gift I had to be guided.

I realized that if I wanted to experience more joy, happiness, and vitality, I needed to unlearn behaviors and beliefs on a cellular level that didn’t resonate with my heart. I chose to invest in myself and my resources to:

💡 Learn holistically about the body and nervous system.

💡 Heal the emotional turmoil within my body and learn to empower my life by regulating my nervous system.

💡 Embrace rest and recognize that the more I rest, the more I can offer.

💡 Create from a space of joy and health. I needed to make radical decisions.

💡 Develop healthy ways to process and accept my emotions without making myself sick.

I took full responsibility for my well-being, committed to understanding myself, and ensuring that I am a regulated human within my nervous system.

💡 What are you no longer willing to tolerate?
