Meditation for Your Soul
MEDITATION CHANGED MY LIFE. MAKE ROOM FOR THE LIGHT
I challenge you to sit quietly for 5 minutes every morning and before bed.
Ask yourself….
“What does my soul need?”
“ What serves me?”
“What depletes me: people, places and things”
My soul felt peace when I learned to identify the areas of my life where I felt unhappy.
I needed to create space every day for this deep work: soul work.
I started with a simple 5-minute meditation every morning and night.
You are the master of your body, mind, and soul.
True wellness is about cleansing and releasing what does not serve you this includes the thoughts that enter your body and the negativity that exists – in all areas of your life.
WE DESIGN OUR LIFE AND WE HAVE THE POWER ALREADY PLACED WITHIN US TO BE STRONG AND COURAGEOUS AND LIVE A PURPOSEFUL LIFE.
There is no perfect time to make a change. We are never 100% ready to embark on change. You just must let change happen, go with the flow that builds within you, and make some tough choices to own the life you want.
Allow yourself to envision your future. Once it becomes a vision that finally leaves your mind and enters the universe.
Let’s become self-empowered.
The key to being self-empowered is to not only acknowledge and accept our body for how it is but to love our imperfections and not deny ourselves what we desire.
Not one person is perfect, but we have all been created perfectly.
We are going to dig deep with two words: Unconditional Love.
How often do we look at ourselves in the mirror and say I love YOU unconditionally? Sometimes, it is easier to give unconditional love to another rather than to ourselves.
After you have completed 5-minute meditation, I invite you to look in the mirror and directly look into your eyes and even just say it in your head “I love you, you matter” … repeat it 10 times.
You may notice other thoughts starting to flood your mind like the “buts.”
For example, I love you BUT not this. I love you BUT I wish this were different. Release those negative thoughts trying to enter, and repeat the phrase until you believe it with more strength.
You do matter. Try using the power of meditation to activate your soul’s deepest desires. You have the power… you always have my friend.
